With winter just a "breath" away, you have surely dreamed of a "journey" that will capture your senses through the special flavours and aromas of Petit Fleur.
A great way to get in the mood for the winter season is to go shopping, window shop and have a delicious brunch in a welcoming space. And when it comes to the latter, Petit Fleur can give you the richest dining experience on your break from shopping. Although it started as one of the first chocolatiers with the quality and refined taste of Valhora couverture, it continued by highlighting its "secret" recipes for fine coffee and brunch menus.
Because we wanted to combine brunch with winter shopping, we made an appointment there for Saturday brunch. As soon as we sat down in the inviting space, we knew we had embarked on a "journey" of flavors and aromas. It wasn't long before we got our hands on the brunch menu and ordered the two selections that caught our attention. On one hand, we got the Red Passion Pancakes with red fruit and maple syrup that "sweetened" our palate and on the other, the Egg Prosciutto with English muffin, poached eggs, prosciutto and hollandaise, which was the savory option we needed.
Of course, we couldn't help but accompany our brunch with the drinks we picked out from the first reading of the menu. In particular, a smoothie with raspberries, banana, beetroot gave us the energy we needed to continue our Saturday. And because it was time for the second coffee of the day, a double cappuccino was not missing from our table. So, after this rich experience we had, we went straight into making up excuses to visit Petit Fleur again and again.
