The moments in our day that have an authentic aroma of tradition "break" our routine and even more so, when we have the opportunity to enjoy them in a hospitable and elegant place, such as Kostarelo’s. We, therefore, took advantage of this opportunity and decided to visit it, in order to taste fine products and authentic Greek flavors from all over Greece. We started by choosing two cheese deli sandwiches. And the truth is that the signature creations of the fine cheese specialists completely satisfied our taste buds.
Of course, we could not overlook the most Greek summer combination of watermelon and feta cheese Kostarelos, so our table did not miss the Mediterranean cool salad with feta, watermelon, rocket, walnuts and citrus dressing. We also chose the salad with melon, prosciutto, feta and arugula, accompanied by a balsamic vinegar and oil dressing. And indeed, a single forkful was enough to take us on a journey to the most unique flavour combinations.
To end our tasty "journey" and continue our program, we chose both the traditional sheep yogurt and a lighter traditional sheep and goat yogurt with 2% fat. So, on one hand, we had the famous yogurts produced with raw material, the real Kostarelos milk and on the other hand, the smiles that this particular taste break created for us.
