If you're looking for a dining experience that combines international influences, fresh ingredients, and Jamie Oliver’s signature style, then the new Jamie Oliver Kitchen at Golden Hall is definitely worth a visit. We recently had the chance to try it, curious to see how the famous British chef’s vision translates into the Greek culinary scene — and we left thoroughly impressed.
We started with the Super Food Salad, a true wellness boost. The dish arrived colorful, fresh, and rich, featuring avocado, broccoli, beetroot, legumes, and grains. Jamie’s spicy seeds and a mildly tangy vinaigrette brought a perfect balance of flavor and texture.
Next came the Citrus Ceviche, one of the most refined and summery dishes on the menu. The sea bass fillet was fresh, thinly sliced, and marinated to perfection in citrus juices, while the fresh chili pepper added just the right kick without overpowering the delicate fish flavor.
Of course, we couldn’t skip the Grilled Prawns, served with a crisp exterior and juicy, perfectly cooked interior. A simple dish, yet so delicious — proving once again that quality ingredients make all the difference.
Among the warm dishes, the Porcini Tagliatelle stood out with its rich, creamy texture and earthy mushroom aromas. The vegetarian parmesan complemented it beautifully, creating a comfort dish you’ll want to return to.
As for the grand finale, the Millionaire’s Risotto was exactly that — a luxurious, well-balanced combination of saffron, bottarga, lemon, and aged parmesan, leaving a lasting impression on our palates.
The atmosphere of the space is welcoming, modern, and warm — ideal for a relaxed meal with friends. The service was excellent, polite, and well-informed. If you're looking for a new gastronomic destination in Athens, Jamie Oliver Kitchen is an experience worth sharing.
